In the Automation Center under Settings, you can configure three thresholds: quantity discrepancy, price discrepancy, and Align Value Threshold Approval, with hover-over i details for each. The quantity discrepancy compares received quantity to invoiced quantity, while the price discrepancy compares the purchase order unit price to the supplier invoice unit price; under each percentage threshold is auto-approved, otherwise it requires review. The line value threshold auto-approves individual line items up to a set amount, with anything exceeding it requiring manual review. Once the tolerances are decided, you can toggle on auto-approval and then review how discrepancies behave under these percentages.
