You’ll see how to:
	•	Get to your Case Notes
	•	Check the Approval Status and Case Note Status
	•	Delete the note when it’s still in Pending Review

You can delete a case note as long as:
	•	Case Note Status = Pending Review, and
	•	Approval Status is NOT Approved (it can be Pending Review or Rejected)

Once a note is Approved or the Case Note Status is Locked, you’ll no longer be able to delete it yourself.
