From the main jobs board, open a specific job record, go to the Assignments tab, and select Create an assignment. The user can assign to an internal employee, to a contractor business with contractor users, or to a contractor business only, and people assigned as individuals can receive text, email, and in-app notifications. The assignment can optionally include a customizable trade scope such as electrical, plumbing, or HVAC, and after saving it creates a new assignment for “12308 Galloway,” with contractor logins limited to their assigned jobs.
