I explain that assessment expiry can be set from one to 30 days or set to no expiry, with reminders adjustable between one to nine days. It's crucial to remember that the reminder period must be at least one day shorter than the expiry period. Additionally, I highlight that we can control whether patients are notified when their profile is shared with a new provider.
