First, go to Settings, then Procurement, then Smart Suppliers, and turn on the General Smart Suppliers toggle, choosing Suggest Adjustments rather than Adjust Automatically to avoid overrides by the cheapest supplier. Next, in the Materials tab, select the materials, open Prices and suppliers, and add at least two suppliers with their costs. Finally, for each selected material, turn off the smart suppliers toggle and check the supplier you want to prefer so it is used by default on POs and replenishments.
