We now have a new feature called the admin login, which allows practice admins to log in and use the communication tools available. Depending on the integration with FX med support into servo, admins may have access to calling and texting features, as well as patient information. I will demonstrate how to make phone calls, send text messages, search for patients, view patient profiles, and access their charts. This is version one of the admin login, and we are already working on an updated version to improve functionality. Please provide feedback on how we can further enhance this application.
