View routes under Settings then Routes, where each route lists its group, transport company, event type, capacity, and colour. To add one, select Add, enter a route name, team, and drivers, choose its route group timing like AM, set the transport company, bus seats, estimated transit time starting at one hour, select a display colour, and tick needed options such as Group off, Approved non-allocated, and iFrame. To update later, use Actions then Edit route, make changes such as seat capacity, and select Save.
