you should be spending most of your time in lead generation mode. Don’t be so caught up in administrative tasks that you aren’t doing money making activities. you should be prospecting EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. 

Pick and commit to your lead pillars. switching back and forth between lead sources will never result in you building your business. You should pick 2-3 quality lead sources and commit to those.  

Don’t get stuck being a buyers only agent. Your time is money, maximize it by switching to mostly listings as soon as possible.
