I started as a BDR at an edtech startup, researching schools and nonprofits, finding decision makers, doing discovery, qualifying for financial fit, and booking prospects for our AEs. I was able to achieve about a 90 to 98 percent quota attainment by diving deep on research and product knowledge. After about a year I pivoted into the high ticket space as a closer for about a month and a half, and then I got training through New World Sales to strengthen the B2C side.
