We identified two key issues: the need to improve the proposal process, which currently takes too much time and is intimidating for builders, and the need to smartly invest in Dow infrastructure for future growth. Our proposal consists of two parts: delivering immediate operational excellence through a simplified proposal template and voter guide, and developing a plan to scale Arbitram governance for three billion users.
