After login, technicians review scheduled visits for the day, switch between map and list views, use navigation in Google or Apple Maps, and check upcoming work for the week or month. The Loom then walks through starting an inspection, marking required sections as complete with green checkmarks, filtering and scanning extinguisher asset items, and using pass or fail actions including suggested descriptions and internal notes. It also covers handling incomplete work as a draft, publishing and submitting reports when ready, optionally creating work acknowledgements for service calls, and clocking out before moving to the next visit.
