First, you can open an opportunity and use the top-right Actions button to select Merge opportunity, then choose the destination opportunity from a dropdown or by typing. Second, you can switch to the table view, select at least two opportunities, and click the merge icon to open the same merge popup. The demo shows keeping the Aviation Fleet opportunity as the primary source, transferring notes and documents from the Socket Wrench opportunity, and permanently deleting the merged-away opportunity after agreeing to the confirmation.
