The enrollment triggers are when policy expiration dates are updated or when home renewal and auto renewals are updated, and the workflow sends renewal templates 30 days before at 10 a.m., 14 days before, and 3 days before. We also send policy expiration templates using the master policy expiration date and master policy type, for policy 1 through 5, with the same timing. I also explained how those triggers are updated in a client contact via the policy button, where adding a policy type and expiration date creates policy records.</description></oembed>
