For MA, you still create one full checklist package, but you submit directly in Velocity instead of Workbench. For DLC, you still create the two package types, but compliance documents go through Velocity instead of Dropbox. In Velocity you add conditions and upload documents, with a 15 MB limit per tile and automatic conversion to PDF for non PDF files.
