Navigate to Companies and then Users, select one or multiple users, and use the action dropdown to choose Send or Resend the welcome email, where available templates including any custom ones will appear. The same action area lets you reset a user's password, which immediately sends the password reset email. The Loom also notes that users can reset their own password via the forgot password link on the login page if they cannot log in due to an incorrect password.
