I start with a shipped and billed sales order for Susan Adams, then show Susan submitting a self service return in the Loop app. In the background, the connector syncs her refund request into NetSuite as a return authorization within about 60 minutes. After the warehouse receives the item, it syncs back to Loop and Shopify, and the return closes with the refund and credit memo applied. No action is requested, but you can reach out to your NetSuite account manager with questions.
