It describes editing a rule after forms have already been sent, such as switching a question within an Asthma Action Plan rule from the asthma question to the inhaler question. When you click Re-Evaluate Rules, rules in all active packets are rerun with the updated criteria, which can take up to 30 minutes to an hour depending on how many packets are live. After re-evaluation, the packets update and the relevant forms become live in the system.
