This means that you can now impersonate an account and do things on their behalf. In this video, I'll show you how to purchase CECs and Sleep2023 on Demand on behalf of someone else, and how to claim credits and download credit letters for them. I'll also show you what the messaging looks like when Sleep2023 on Demand is not yet available.
