First, go to System Settings, then scroll to Merge Submissions, and search by first name, last name, email, or phone number. I demonstrate using a phone number, selecting the matching submissions, and choosing which fields to keep, like name, email body, and lead source. I also emphasize keeping lead source accurate by choosing the original submission when possible. Then click Merge, and you will see all merged notes in one place.</description></oembed>
