As an admin, you can now choose to hide either private candidates, confidential jobs, or both through the org settings. I've demonstrated how to create a confidential job and manage access for users, highlighting that only admins can see these roles and their associated candidates unless access is granted. It's important to note that private candidates cannot be accessed by non-admins at all. Please review these features and consider how they may impact your scheduling processes.
