I show a manual setup for simple call complete and transcript link use, then a full auto setup where you just enter client name, GHL private API key, location ID, calendar ID, and VAPI API key to auto-build the VAPI assistant, tools, prompt, and live transfer and booking behavior. I run a test inbound call, it transfers, then HighLevel creates the contact and saves a call summary with a link. No action is required from you, but you can use this to save time and avoid the old 40 minute setup.
