I accepted a senior machine learning engineer role at a gaming company, where I will own the full pipeline, analyze data for payments, build trade models, maintain architecture, and create dashboards. My offer started at 61K, I negotiated to 66K plus bonus and expected a higher total up to about 82K after six months, plus stocks around 200 and a bonus plan with clear objectives.
