AI Chat can now search and read form responses and search conversations, and it can create contacts with full contact fields like phone, birthday, gender, title, and anniversary. AI Trip Review can audit a trip URL and surface critical issues like missing transfers and lodging. For agencies, AI reconciliation is in free beta and can parse commission statement PDFs and auto match line items. I also asked viewers to try these new features and share feedback using the dislike button when something does not work.
