I built Kairos with Cloud Design to pull 64 signals from scattered context like calls, research, tickets, and internal notes, minus sensitive notes. After a session focus, it reviews everything through three lenses, internal strategy and leadership, external market and competitors, and customer feedback. Every opportunity gets a devil's advocate ranking, and Kairos tracks my choices to sharpen over time. I did not request any viewer action, but Kairos ultimately pushes a brief to Linear for Cloud Code.
