You can use to categorize items by for example responsible subcontractor, invoicing status, or project phases, or project zones.

This tool offers both organizational and project-specific labels, enabling flexibility and precision in tracking responsibilities, phases, and statuses within any given project. Labels improve efficiency and clarity, ensuring that relevant information is easily accessible and manageable.

Key Steps
1.	Accessing Scope of Works Structure:
o	Ensure you are using the new Scope of Works structure.
o	Open the Scope of Works structure to view the new Labels feature.

2.	Defining Labels:
o	There are two types of Labels: organization-defined and project-specific.
o	Organization Labels are set by org admins and remain consistent.
o	Project-specific Labels can be created for specific project needs.

3.	Adding Labels:
o	Add Labels to SoW items to categorize them based on how you run your projects, that could be phases, subcontractors, zones, invoicing etc.
o	Utilize Labels to easily filter and identify related items across the structure.

4.	Organization-Level Labels:
o	Org admins can set standard organization Labels in the Scope of Works settings.
o	Changes made at the organization level will propagate to the structures.

5.	Project-Level Labels:
o	Project managers can define project-specific Labels at the project level.
o	Project-specific Labels are unique to the project and do not affect the organization Labels.

6.	Enabling Labels:
o	Reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to enable Labels for your organization.
o	Once enabled, Labels will appear in the organization panel under Labels.

7.	Managing Labels:
o	Create, edit, or delete Labels as needed in the organization settings.
o	Turn on Labels for specific projects in the project settings if required.</description></oembed>
