We've added new templates for Immigration Status and American Indian and Alaska Native Status as part of the Reminder Workflow. This includes steps for loss of coverage, immigration status, and American Indian and Alaskan Native status, which will automate tagging, email notifications, and countdowns to deadlines. Also, if documents are emailed instead of uploaded, the system will still remove them from the Drip Campaign if their opportunity status is updated. Please refrain from trying to modify this workflow as it's quite complex.
