First I created a skill that takes a transcript and returns a Tally URL with hidden fields prefilled, then I set up a remote routine triggered via Tally form submission webhooks. The routine pulled the latest Tally submission, populated Notion client and tasks, and created client folders in Google Drive with links saved back to Notion. It ran successfully, but I hit a temporary routine error saying no Notion MCP connector was available. No action was requested from viewers.
