In the Outbound tab, the presenter clicks the recipient configuration button, selects a home health recipient from the directory, and saves the recipient tied to the chosen facility email. They then create an outbound referral for a home health patient discharging on Friday, select the configured facility, add documents, and send the referral. The video shows the recipient receiving the email with a passcode, messaging and document exchange between sender and recipient, updated status, red receipts, and then confirming placement at the end.
