When they visit our website and click "pay my loan," they can log in by entering their phone number and OTP, allowing them to see all their active loans without needing to create a profile each time. I also demonstrated how we can verify phone numbers and send email invitations, although we need to resolve any duplicate records first. Please check out the help docs for more on that.
