Despite having three actions configured for email submission and a custom action for Groundhog, I keep receiving an error stating that no actions are applied. Interestingly, the error message displays the Italian version instead of the English one. I suspect this issue may be related to Polylang and something has changed recently, as I know it was functioning correctly before.
