First, with admin rights, I go to Admin, then the General tab, and under copy quotes, orders, and transfers I enable options like update prices, header and line notes, add ons, attachments, and fetching custom data. Then I open a sales order, click the copy button at the top right, and adjust the customer or other settings case by case. I either uncheck update pricing or leave it as is, and then I hit the checkmark to publish the new draft.
