First, you'll need to click the link in the email and open it in Chrome. After starting the enrollment process, you'll encounter a warning about an unverified download—just click to download it anyway. Once the download is complete, head to System Settings where you should see "Profile Downloaded." Finally, double-click the profile and click on "Enroll" to complete the process.
