I start by selecting all devices in IT Room 2, then I run Mute Sound and you can see mute icons appear per device. To undo it, I toggle Mute Speakers and Mute Microphone off and run the action again, which removes the icons. I also show how to mute only selected devices, or just the microphone or speakers. If you want speaker volume, I set the sliding scale, then run.
