Insert your custom message text in the appropriate fields, ensuring to save each action. Translate the message if needed, while keeping tags in English. Customize the email content and subject, and save the action. Publish the workflow to make it ready for sending. Additional Workflow Settings: The workflow logic considers contact preferences and time constraints to avoid sending messages at inappropriate times. If sending from Innate, add a star to the workflow name to make it visible in Innate. Following these steps ensures your bulk message workflow is set up correctly and ready for the next stages.
