First, access your tracking and appointment settings by clicking the gear icon, then navigate to Container Tracking Credentials. If your terminal isn't listed, you can easily add it by going to Organizations and using the "Add New Organization" button. Make sure to specify Terminal and enter eModal's details, selecting the correct branch afterward. Please update your credentials accordingly to ensure everything is set up properly.
