In the previous setup, the parent row was the trigger product, which then hosted the reminder template and autocomplete product. With the update, patient reminders is now labeled reminders, and the parent and child rows are reversed so the reminder template is the parent and trigger products are the child rows. This lets us select multiple trigger products for a single reminder, avoiding multiple versions. No specific viewer action was requested.</description></oembed>
