Where to Start
Go to &quot; My Posts&quot; in your dashboard.

You’ll see all your Instagram posts pulled in here (if Instagram is authenticated).

2. Understanding How Instagram Posts Are Collected
The system uses a direct connection with Meta (Instagram).

Once your Instagram channel is connected to your creator profile, your posts are pulled in automatically.

Even without authentication, the system can detect your posts, but performance data will be limited.

3. Why Authentication Matters
Without authentication:

Posts appear, but no views or plays are shown.

With authentication:

The system can access views, plays, reach, and impressions.

Full post data is synced nightly (once every 24 hours).

Authentication uses Meta’s first-party approved tools (not scraping).

4. How Automatic Attachment Works
If you mention a brand in the caption using:

A hashtag (e.g., #brandname)

A mention (e.g., @brandname)

Even just the plain text brand name (e.g., “Brandname”)

The system will automatically attach the post to the correct campaign using keyword detection.

5. Using Keywords in Campaigns
Brand campaigns include keywords (can be words, hashtags, or mentions).

The system matches your post content against those keywords.

You do not have to use the exact format (e.g., hashtag vs plain word—either works).

6. Secret Tags Don’t Work Automatically
If you only tag the brand via Instagram’s “Tag People” feature in a reel/story and not in the caption:

Instagram does not pass that tag data to the system.

These posts may not be auto-attached to campaigns.

The team is working on ways to improve this, but it’s limited by Instagram’s data sharing rules.

7. Stories Must Be Manually Attached
Instagram does not pass full text from story images.

You’ll need to:

Go to &quot;My Posts&quot;

Click the story thumbnail

Hit “Insert to a campaign” manually.

Stories will eventually be pulled after they expire, not while they’re live.

A full story integration is expected by end of the year.

8. Personal Campaigns Work the Same
Posts will also attach to personal campaigns based on the same keyword detection.

Make sure your personal campaign includes the keywords under “Details.”

This way, those posts will appear in reports you can send to brands.

9. Post Sync Timing
New posts are synced:

After you authenticate

After a manual refresh (e.g., clicking “Fetch My Media”)

It may take 10–20 minutes to appear.

Stats update nightly, so allow a day to see impressions, views, etc.

10. How to Handle Posts Not Found Automatically
If a post didn’t auto-attach:

Make sure it includes the correct keywords in the caption.

Try to avoid relying solely on secret tags or tagging the brand without mentioning them.

11. Manually Added Deliverables May Need Approval
Some brands require approval for posts you add manually (not auto-detected by keywords).

These are often reviewed as “secret tag” or “UGC” content.

12. Support for Other Platforms
TikTok and YouTube:

Currently pull data without authentication.

Direct partnerships coming soon (authentication will be required).

Facebook:

You must be a business page.

Personal pages and groups do not share data.

Full integration (reach and insights) expected in the next few weeks.

13. Extra Features Coming Soon
Viewable captions and thumbnails in reporting (currently not shown to brands).

Story data display and reach tracking.

Updated reporting pages for reach and impressions.

14. Where to Get Help
For any issues or questions:

Email or DM the support team.

This tool is still in beta, and updates happen frequently.</description></oembed>
