Previously, only managers could see panels showing recent activity, accomplishments, goals, and improvement areas for direct reports; now individual contributors can also view shared context with peers and manager-specific context. For peer one-on-ones, users see items worked on together or with shared permissions, plus coordination opportunities, with citations aligned to each bullet. For manager one-on-ones, users see the manager’s view of recent work, including wins in progress, blockers and risks, underlying citations from sources like Linear, and suggested discussion points, which have been moved to a lighter UI with one-click add and hover explanations.</description></oembed>
