A profile can include demographics, past medical history, medications, allergies, and other information that helps Pippen better understand the patient over time. We demonstrate how to create a patient, link the patient to an encounter, and generate suggested profile updates from an encounter. Clinicians remain in control throughout the workflow and can review, approve, decline, edit, or remove information before it becomes part of the profile. We then show how this context supports three practical workflows: creating a more complete referral letter, generating more relevant billing recommendations, and answering patient-specific clinical questions without repeatedly entering the same background information. The video also covers linking and unlinking encounters, editing profile details, and customizing the appearance of the encounter page.
