Start by navigating to a stock location, selecting materials, reviewing each material’s quantities and min and max values, and saving or adjusting the template before saving it. Templates can then be managed under the Templates tab, where you can edit or remove material details and create templates either from an existing location or by searching individual materials. You can also apply templates when creating new trucks or warehouses, choosing whether to apply template quantities or run a blind audit, and later add or count materials where stock quantity is absent.
