Start by going to documenters.org and clicking "Become a Documenter." You'll enter your zip code so we can connect you with the right program in your area — you can also browse other programs if you'd like. Don't see a program near you? No problem — you can still create an account to join network-wide workshops and get notified when a program launches in your area. Next, you'll create your account by signing up with either email or Google (Google is faster!). If you sign up with email, you'll land on a confirmation page — head to your inbox, find the email titled "Documenters.org Email Confirmation," and click "Confirm Email" to activate your account. Quick tip: if you don't see it after a few minutes, check your spam folder, or reach out to network@citybureau.org for help. Once confirmed, you'll land on your onboarding progress page (and get a "Welcome to Documenters Network" email). From there, you can start your signup form right away or come back later — a yellow banner on your homepage will remind you to finish onboarding. Next up: completing your profile!
