I uploaded artwork that had playing spaces and gaps between letters that used to be hard for the old model to remove. I toggled background removal to be removed, then clicked upload. It first removes background of any color, then vectorizes the logo into a smooth SVG file your designer can touch up. The result should be much more consistent with no grainy edges.
