After logging into your portal, you can find the Minor Incident button under your banner, and it's crucial to remember that this report is only for minor incidents. If multiple children are involved, you only need to submit the report once, and I demonstrated how to select each child and provide details about the incident. Once you've filled in the necessary information, you will click on Submit Incident, which will send an email to the child's case manager for review. Please ensure you follow up with your case manager for any further reporting protocols regarding serious incidents.
