You can quite easily upload your subdivision or your lot and build into Kenekt.

The hierarchy in Kenekt is Project, Lots and Builds.

Projects can have many lots, and lots can have many builds.

The project is just a bucket with the street address and some photos and documents.

Many people use it to describe the suburb in the case of infill lots.

For example, Kellyville could be a project if you have an infill development in Kellyville.

Or, as in this case, it could be just the street address with some media uploaded

Kenekt is many features, bells and whistles which may not be applicable to a simple subdivision upload, so please ignore them.

Thereafter, click on the create lot button to create a lot under the project.

The lot could have a lot number, or in case of subdivisions, a unit number as well . E.g. 1 or 1A etc.

The only mandatory information is the address but please try to put in land size and if you want the land price.

As with projects, there are other attributes that you can very well ignore for your first upload.

Time to create a package a lot: e.g. specify a build for the lot.

Click on custom package.

Please do not click on new packages, as you perhaps do not have a library set up yet.

It is very important to mention the design attributes. None of it is mandatory.

But if you categorise things correctly, it will be easier for agents to find the property.

Also, mention the bed and baths.

The floor areas are important to mention as well.

Again, there are many bells and whistles that you can ignore. For example, Kenekt caters to duplexes etc where there are 2 dwellings on the sale package.

The details are important to mention. Most investments need to be fixed price full turnkey as that is what agents look for mostly.

Note that Kenekt has a built-in pricing engine that provides a price breakdown.

However, the simplest thing to do is to mention the complete price in the site cost itself, in case of subdivisions.

Commissions must be included in this total build cost.

Note that we tend to review packages from time to time and unpublish packages with less than $25,000 in commissions.

Please chat with Prabin if you disagree.

Remember to give the package a good marketing headline.

Ensure that the package is set to Available and live on our portal.

Preview the package once to see if everything is all right.

Add a facade as it is a headline item.

Also, add 10 to 15 featured inclusions.

Please remember to feature the inclusions; otherwise, they will not appear on the listing.

Upload a floorplan photo as this is vital to market to package well.

Thereafter, move to distribution and make a common allocation for everyone, including Kenekt, if you want the package to appear on our portal.

That’s it. The package is live on Kenekt.

Any emails enquiries from Kenekt will come to you as an email. The BDM is automatically set to you. You can change it if you want.

Thanks a lot.</description></oembed>
