From the roster section, you click Add Roster, search by email, choose the roster type (Resident or Owner and Principal), and select the craft (Tattoo by default, or Piercing or laser if enabled). The invite is sent, then the artist activates the link, authenticates, enters a sign-in code, and joins the artist experience; the artist no longer appears under pending invites once accepted. After acceptance, you can edit per-artist settings such as specialty or license number, booking authority, and whether the artist can collect payments and approve waivers (including enabling these only for selected artists).
