In Ivory, under settings then custom values, I created two fields, a personality in DM setter format and general business information. My personality template says communicate short, communicate naturally, be friendly, be welcoming, and always speak in first person, never using M dashes. For business info, I include my primary offer, target audience, what I do for customers, and results. I request you to copy, paste, and fill in these templates so everything is fine tuned everywhere, including knowledge bases for voice and conversational AI.</description></oembed>
