In this Entogy Training video, I'll be showing you how to preview and test send an email campaign. Before sending an email campaign, it's important to preview the template using attendee profile data to ensure all merge tags and data are displayed correctly. Previewing the email template also allows you to send a test email. I recommend testing with the profile data of several attendees and sending at least one to yourself to view it in your email client, such as Outlook or Gmail. To preview the email template, go to your email campaigns and select an email template you have ready to go. Once you open up your selected email template, click on the preview button (the little eyeball icon) and select an attendee to fill in their profile information. Then, scroll through and look at the email as an attendee would see it. To send a test email, click on the send preview button and enter your email address. Click send email and voila! Don't forget to save any changes in your template by clicking the save icon (the little floppy disk icon).
