They were spending over 30 minutes daily sending individual early check-in messages, which we’ve now streamlined. The system consists of three automations linked to a spreadsheet that tracks cleaning statuses and guest arrivals. It sends early check-in messages between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m if a unit is ready ahead of schedule.</description></oembed>
