On first use in a session for patients without a profile photo, an identity confirmation check is prompted and remembered until logout. When starting a physical observation, a physical Observation Preview with the latest early warning score chart appears, early warning scores update dynamically, and missing mandatory fields trigger a validation popup while partial observations can be recorded if not all observations are possible.
