I clarify it is not listed in the diagnostic manual, and that ADHD criteria have historically focused on attention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity, which has left out emotional dysregulation that many women experience. I connect RSD to sensitive nervous systems and note it can be worse around estrogen drops, like in the days before your period.
